Terms of Service

Majestic Rose Goldendoodles, LLC reserves the right at all times to keep puppies from any litter as our Breeder’s Choice puppies. We also reserve the right at all times to prioritize the placement of puppies in a litter who may be suitable for therapy or service work.

While we do our best to predict the outcome of each litter of puppies being born, we cannot guarantee the coat color, coat markings, coat type, shedding or hypoallergenic properties, exact adult size, litter sizes, or the numbers of males and females of the puppies being born in each litter. We will work with the puppies and families over the course of their growth and development to determine which puppy would have the best personality and activity level for each family, as well as any other factors that need to be considered in determining the best placement for each puppy. In the event that more than one puppy would be a good match for several families, the families’ wish lists (coat color, coat markings, coat type/texture, gender, etc.) would then be used to assist with puppy selection, and the family that is on the waiting list first would then have their wish list taken into consideration first.

Please note that regardless of a family’s position on the reservation list, we reserve the right to not place a given puppy in any home if it is our opinion or judgement that a particular puppy is not suitable for a particular home or home situation. As wonderful as our adopting families are, there are times that puppies are just not a good fit, and we will not place a puppy in a home we do not deem is an appropriate fit. On the rare occasion that this occurs, we ask families to please know we are using our judgement and expertise to ensure the best for both your family and the puppy, and that we will work with you to try to find a puppy that is a good match for your family. Additionally, if information comes to light to change our opinion that a home is suitable for a puppy at any point prior to the family taking possession of the puppy, we reserve the right to refuse sale to that family and will refund any fees paid, less tangible expenses (if any are incurred). We reserve the right at all times to refuse sale to anyone at any time for any reason deemed appropriate at our discretion based upon what we feel is in the best interest of our puppies.

Any payments made are non-refundable unless agreed upon beforehand in writing. The Master Waiting List and Litter Waiting List Reservation Fees are both deducted from the total amount owed for a puppy. Puppy prices are subject to change at any time prior to the initial payment of the Master Waiting List Reservation Fee. The current puppy price and Master Waiting List Reservation Fee to reserve your spot for a puppy are guaranteed from the time you submit your initial reservation fee to be placed on the Master Waiting List until a spot on up to two Litter Waiting Lists become available to you. These are not deposits, rather these are reservation processing fees that help to compensate us for the time, effort, and care that we provide to all of our families during the puppy adoption process. Final balances, as well as any additional costs for products or services, must be made by the time the puppies reach six weeks of age unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing in advance. The only exception is that the final balance due for the puppy may be paid in cash in person when you receive your puppy.

If paying by credit card, debit card, or bank payment a convenience fee will be added to the payment amount. If a family chooses to use Good Dog Pay to process their credit card or debit card payment then Good Dog Pay will also charge a flat rate based upon the payment amount per transaction for their Buyer Service & Protection fee. Regardless of the payment method, all payment amounts and fees will be transparent to the purchaser prior to submitting a payment. We apologize for this added expense, and that is why we also accept cash and checks if you want to avoid these fees, as there are no fees added for payment by cash or check.

The adoption of a puppy is subject to the terms outlined in our Terms of Service and Dog Purchase Agreement & Health Warranty. Please thoroughly read and agree to the information found on the Adoption Process page (https://majesticrosegoldendoodles.com/adoption-process) and Pricing & Payments page (https://majesticrosegoldendoodles.com/pricing) of our website, including how we do puppy selections and the options available for delivering and picking up your puppy, prior to submitting a Puppy Application or payment. Any payments submitted and/or contracts signed constitute agreement to these Terms of Service.
